You can browse through our website if you accept, without any modifications, all the terms, conditions, and notices mentioned-below (called the 'Terms' or 'Agreement'). This Agreement entails all the terms applicable to the services that are made available through our Website and describes all the responsibilities of the user, thereby limiting Travel Unravel's responsibility and/ or our suppliers. The suppliers include without any limitations, the airlines, car hire companies, hotels that provide any service via our Website. They are hereby referred to as third-party providers or 'Travel Service Providers'. Please read the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy mentioned on our website carefully. They contain all the information regarding the bookings made, your use of our Website and other details. By using Travel Unravel, booking a travel service on or getting in contact with our call center agents, you also agree that the terms mentioned here apply to you. If you do not agree to any of the below-mentioned Terms, we advise you to not use or make any Bookings with us or with our travel agents.
Travel Unravel reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We may post the new Terms on this page and hence, we recommend that you review this webpage every time you use our website. The changed Terms will be effective from the date of publishing.
Our Website intends to offer our services to the residents of the USA and Canada. This Agreement is also applicable to the Services and Bookings made from these regions only. Your location is determined via your IP address and if you are located anywhere in these regions, these terms apply to you.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
You agree that Travel Unravel is allowed to resolve any dispute that arises or claims that relate to Travel Unravel when you deal with our customer service agents. This also includes any service provided, any representation made, or your Privacy Protection by contacting Travel Unravel Customer Support at 1-212-540-9121 or write an email on info@travelunravel.us. Only if our team is unsuccessful in resolving your Claims within 60-days, you may seek redressal through arbitration as mentioned below:
GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION
The Terms & Conditions and the rights of Travel Unravel are under the governing laws of the State of New York, USA. Unless the claim is specified otherwise, or mutually agreed by both the parties (in writing), you as a user of Travel Unravel are giving Travel Unravel the consent to undergo the exclusive jurisdiction in New York courts in case of any action which arises contradicting the given Terms. Unless mentioned otherwise or is prohibited by any of the applicable laws, it is mandatory to bring any Claim to our notice before 6 months from the booking or the availing service date.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION
We aim at resolving all the Claims through a binding arbitration initiated through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You are required to assert the Claims on the individual basis in a small claims court which is located in New York County, New York and if your claims qualify according to the rules, they are stated by the small claims court. This includes the Claims that are stated by you against Travel Unravel, any of our subsidiaries or our affiliates. It is also inclusive of the linked Travel Service Providers or the companies that are associated with us offering you the services via Travel Unravel. This includes Claims that arise before you accept the Terms & Conditions, even though prior versions of the Terms require changes or modifications.
Please Note: Travel Unravel is eligible for any Claims asserted against you at the small claims court.
There are no judges that exist in the agreement or the court for a particular agreement's review. As a user of Travel Unravel, you can be the arbiter to award an individual the same damages or relief which includes statutory damages, attorneys fees, and costs that a particular court follows to enforce the Terms and Conditions as mentioned.
The arbitration can be conducted over the telephone or in your physical presence in the state where you live or where our head office is based out or a mutually agreed upon location by both - you & Travel Unravel.
To initiate the process of arbitration, you are must send a written letter describing your Claims to our legal team. If we request for arbitration against you or your claims, we will provide you with a notice/ information on the details provided by you. You should go through all the terms laid down by AAA's instructions available at www.adr.org or call them on 1-212-540-9121 to confirm the same.
Any kind of proceedings that resolve the Claims put across by you will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class action or a consolidated action form. In case the Claim proceeds in the court instead of in arbitration, we waive any right to a jury trial under any circumstances.
The Claims brought by you against Travel Unravel are required to be resolved by Resolution of Disputes. If a Claim brought to us is not conducted as per this Resolution of Disputes section is considered as inadequately filed or void.
TRAVEL INFORMATION - GENERAL
Travel Unravel provides complete information about your travel plans, itinerary, and applicable Terms when you make a booking with us. The information has all the details regarding the destinations, affordable tour packages, and airfares, flight schedules, and travel insurance included in your trip.
All this information is given to us via a third-party service provider which also includes the airlines, hotels, tour operators and other providers. We at Travel Unravel have taken every step to make sure that the information sent to you is accurate and up-to-date. In case it is not we hold no responsibility for this information and, we cannot be held responsible for the hence found inaccuracy. You must understand that the information on our website is subject to changes without giving you any information in advance. Also, all products and services are subject to availability. As Travel Unravel's user, under the terms of this document agree that you completely understand the applicable legal needs to make your reservation/ bookings including insurance, passport, government-authorized identity. We being a service provider are only able to assist you with this through our customer support team. The actual and final responsibility to get this information correct and to take the required documents before traveling remains solely on the customer.
Some additional Terms and Conditions apply to all the bookings and purchase of travel-related services that you avail on our website - Travel Unravel. Read the additional terms & conditions carefully. While making an airline reservation on Travel Unravel, make sure to read the terms and conditions of the carrier airline which apply to the bookings made with us. You can conveniently find these on their particular website. Under our Terms, you also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the supplier. Airfare is guaranteed once your purchase is complete and the tickets are issued by the supplier to us. Airlines or any other supplier can change their prices and not inform us regarding the same. Hence, we cannot be held responsible for the same. We also reserve the right to cancel the bookings your booking in case of incomplete payment. If your flight itinerary has a flight operated by more than one airline, you must check the terms and conditions of both the airline suppliers. Every airline has its own set rules regarding their fees, baggage, services and other policies. If your flight or its schedule is affected by a change (cancellation or rescheduling) made by the other airline, you are held responsible and will have to bear the cost of the tickets to make the changes on the unaffected flight. Airlines charge their fees for any kind of changes, refunds, or exchanges that may be required from your end as a customer. You must comply with the airline's terms and carry your outbound and return e-ticket's confirmation mail for all the flights with you at all times while traveling. Show the proof of your return ticket at check-in as and when required. Travel Unravel offers (and highly recommend) you to book a combination of two one—way tickets instead of purchasing one round-trip ticket.
When you book a combination of one-way tickets, you have better flight choices that are cheaper as compared to when booked with different airlines. However, the round trip and one-way ticket are not alike. They have their own set of rules, restrictions, and fees. In case of a change in the first flight that results in a delay in other flights, then the customer will deem the charges levied and Travel Unravel holds no responsibility for it.
For LCCs, the fare is converted from a different/ currency to USD for your convenience. The fare paid is an estimated ticket fare purchased in the local currency of the carrier. There might also be a chance that during your booking, the amount paid via your credit card is different due to fluctuation in the currency. When you receive the tickets, you have to bear extra fees from your credit card issuer as a result of the transaction made by you in different currencies and countries. This may be also due to any other kind of applicable taxes for making an international purchase levied by the bank.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL(s)
For an international flight, the provisions of the Montreal Convention & the Warsaw Convention are applicable within the countries of departure and destination. The Conventions limit the responsibility of the air carriers to passengers for death or any other kind of personal injury that happens to the customer. The passengers should make sure that they meet all the requirements needed for the foreign entry including travel documents: passports and visas (transit, business, and tourist) are presented whenever it is asked for. All the foreign entry requirements are to be met by you and Travel Unravel or its suppliers cannot be held responsible in case of your failure to do so. We urge you to check all the prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisory issued by the destination country's government before making a booking with us.
VISA AND PASSPORT
Consult the relevant Embassy for information regarding visas and passport before traveling. The requirements that our agents suggest may change and you must ask the embassy about the information before you make the bookings. Travel Unravel cannot be held responsible if you are not allowed to enter the flight as a result of a failure of carrying the passport, visa, or any other travel documents as per the requirements. You can be asked for these documents by the authorities at any point in time and you should promptly be ready for the same. This includes any stop made by the aircraft even if you don't leave the airport.
HEALTH
We recommend checking the vaccinations required to travel to a country and along with that, you must consult a doctor before your departure. Make sure that you follow all the health requirements properly and take the prerequisite vaccinations, medication, and follow the complete medical procedure as per the Health department's requirements.
DISINFECTION
Some countries have the right to disinfect the aircraft. They can do so in case of a perceived public health or environment threat. They get these disinfectants approved by The World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization. This includes:
(1) While passengers are on board, spray an aerosolized insecticide or,
(2) Before getting on board, treat aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide.
When Travel Unravel offers to book a flight or other travel service for an international destination, we do not represent or guarantee that traveling is advisable or includes any risks. Hence, in case of any damage or loss that may result in traveling to a particular destination is not held by Travel Unravel.
AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICIES
All the airlines have a different set of policies regarding baggage allowance, fees, and restrictions. The policies differ from airline to airline. We try to display the correct baggage allowance following baggage information according to the airline's allowance as mentioned on their website. However, we do not confirm that the information is accurate. Hence, you must check the airline's website and verify it before departure.
CHECK-IN
Airline providers have different check-in rules and procedures for every customer. Verify the check-in requirements and follow the given schedule for check-in:
-For any Domestic flight: Min 90 minutes before the departure
-For any International flight: Min 3 hours before the departure
AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGE
There are changes in the flight schedule (including any cancellations) that occur for reasons including - bad weather, mechanical or crew issues or civil unrest. The schedule includes a change to original flight from a direct non-stop itinerary to include a stop(s) which was not there initially and/or connecting flight(s) to the final destination. Please note: schedule changes are initiated by the airline directly and we have no control over the same.
In case of any cancellations, we notify our customers by call and/or email and our agents assist you with the next best available options depending upon the airline guidelines. In some cases, the airline does not provide us the information in advance. So it is your responsibility to confirm the flight schedule with the airline 72-hours before departure time. This protects you from any potentially missed flights.
In case of a schedule change, the airline decides the available recourse and has the final authority to provide you with an alternative flight. Once you check-in for your flight, the airline is responsible for your booking. So in the case of cancellations, delays or schedule changes after check-in, it is their responsibility to book you a different flight or issue a refund. To rebook your flight is up to the airline and Travel Unravel will only assist you to with the correct procedure. In case you don’t find out about the change in schedule, or 24 hours before departure or you’re at the airport or between the flights, then we advise you to coordinate directly with the airline carrier. They will give you your options for any alternative flights. Airline carrier is a better source to give you an efficient solution. Please note - in cases like bad weather, your options are limited and even the carriers cannot help you.
OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS
Some airline flights may be overbooked sometimes, and that might lead to a confirmed seat not being available. In such a scenario, usually different airlines have different rules. These rules are mentioned in the airline’s carriage contract. For more details, you can reach out to us or contact the airline directly.
PRICES
Travel Unravel's prices as mentioned on the website for a particular service are subject to change without any prior notice. The offered fare is guaranteed after ticketing and it has been issued over email. Airlines or other Service Providers change the prices at their discretion without informing us in advance. After you submit, you receive a 'Booking Confirmation' from Travel Unravel. The 'Booking Confirmation' is a detailed travel itinerary which includes a booking reference before the purchase is complete and has the ticket issuance. If you have not received it, then it may imply that your booking is not complete yet and the fare may change until issuance.
In case of a price change, we notify you about an increased price before booking the tickets and under no circumstances, the fare charged will increase after your travel booking has been issued. The prices availed for a particular service are in USD ($). We have the right to cancel your booking which has been accepted as a booking in case the full payment is not made timely. The amount specified on the date of ticket issuance is applicable only for a ticket that is fully utilized and in the same order of flight segments as mentioned on tickets. Any wrongful use of the tickets may result in the cancellation of the entire trip.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Bookings made on Travel Unravel are non-refundable, if not stated otherwise. In case of cancellation, you are required to contact us and we will assist you with the process. In case of a refundable cancellation, it may be subject to an administrative cancellation fee. It is mentioned in the table below plus an additional fee is charged by the Airlines or any the Service Provider.

Depending upon the airline’s rules, you may cancel your booking made to travel within the US before 24 hours of making the booking. In such a case, you will be eligible to receive a refund of the full amount which will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
Please note bookings at least a week before the flight’s departure are eligible to receive a refund in the US. All the requests that you make to process the refund are subject to the airline rules and approvals. The refund is approved by the airline only and Travel Unravel can provide a refund to your original payment method. We cannot guarantee a time frame when the refund will reflect in your account. After the cancellation request is initiated, the process begins and we send you a notification to inform you that your request has been processed.
The service fee is charged on your original booking request. So that fee is not eligible for a refund. Please note: Being a travel agency we are dependent on the suppliers to initiate the refund. After the supplier's approval, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. As a usual practice, suppliers charge a penalty to process your refund request. This process takes up to 60-90 days from the receipt of your request.
CHANGE FEES
There may be additional fees or differences in the fare by the supplier (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) which are added to the total booking cost. After we make the booking on your behalf, any name change on any of the travel documents is not permitted. If you change or correct the spellings after you’ve made a booking, you might incur an additional fee or penalty. Read more about this in our Taxes & Fees. But it is advised that you verify all the spelling of the passengers before confirming your booking with us.
PAYMENT AND FLIGHT INFORMATION WITH CONFIRMATION
Credit card companies charge a particular fee while making an international transaction. This fee is called the 'International Transaction' fee and appears on your bank statement. The amount charged on credit card and is reflected in the local currency, so there might be a different amount in your billing summary page as compared to the payment page.
Booking an international trip with Travel Unravel, you are advised to book with an international card as we send your payment to international travel suppliers. Your credit card company decides the currency exchange rate and a transaction fee on the day of the booking process. In case of a discrepancy, reach out to your credit card company regarding the fees or what exchange rate applied to your transaction. We don't hold any responsibility regarding that.
SPECIAL REQUEST: SEATS, MEALS AND FREQUENT FLYER
In case of a special seat, meal, frequent flyer miles request, it will be considered as a 'request' only. Being a service provider we are not responsible to make sure it is issued to you. The airline carrier has the right to change the allocated seat without notifying in advance. All the requests that you make to us need to be confirmed with the airline by you and we will not hold any guarantee that the raised request is fulfilled. We don't promise the meal included in your booking request and is subject to availability by the airline provider. The frequent flyer or any other special request is to confirmed and provided by the airline directly. So you must contact the airline after you making the booking.
SUITABILITY OF TRAVEL SERVICES
On the Travel Unravel website, a variety of travel services are offered. However, there is no guarantee that these services are suitable for you to avail. You hereby agree that any claims that concern particular travel services are not binding and are mentioned in detail on our website.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
We do not allow an accompanied minor to make a direct reservation on the Travel Unravel website for any travel service. An individual below 16 years of age is considered to be a minor. Additionally, all the airline policies for a minor are different and some airline carriers do not allow minors to fly without adult supervision. Some airlines allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights only. Certain airlines require an additional fee at the check-in for an unaccompanied minor. For more details on unaccompanied minors, you may get in touch with the airline and verify the rules and restrictions for the same.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
In case you decide to dispute the charges levied on your ticket with the credit card company, you are required to inform us first. For a particular query regarding a charge on your credit card statement, we request you to call or email Travel Unravel and then begin the disputed charge claim with your bank or credit card company. We will provide you with a resolution or a detailed invoice from our side regarding the charges on your card. Travel Unravel has the right to dispute chargeback that we think is being incorrectly disputed. We might also cancel your travel booking due to the uncertainty of the payment process.
When you book with us, we are your authorized Service Providers. So when you book, you also accept and agree to our cancellation policy that we have enlisted below. Please note any special offers or discounts published on the website are not eligible for any cancellation or refund requests (eg. coupon code). We may levy a chargeback where there is an improper dispute charged and it is our right to investigate or deny you of any chargeback claims to recover the cost from you.
To make sure that this process is completed, we might be required to use information that includes the call recordings of the initial booking call and further dispute the chargeback claims.
