To ensure the same, we use Price Match Promise. With this promise, if you find a fare which is an all-inclusive itinerary but at a lower price than the one offered with us, then we will match that price and refund you the difference. However, you will have to make sure that the details mentioned in the comparative itinerary are exactly same as the ones mentioned in our booking and the fare that you have found is on one of the Major OTA and shall be reported to us within 24-hours of booking with us. In such a scenario only a refund or cancellation will be initiated by Travel Unravel.
What do we mean when we say the 'same itinerary'?
'Same itinerary' implies that every element of the booking made matches the comparative booking. These elements include airline, flight number, date, number of pax are traveling and type of seat selected by you.
Why is it important for the bookings under PMP be 'offered and available'?
You are required to make sure that the itinerary you find which can beat our rate is live and available on our competitor's site. With that, when we say it's available - we mean that it is open to be booked by our customer care representatives and they can ensure its validity.
How can you notify us that you want to invoke PMP?
In case you decide to invoke PMP, you must contact us info@travelunravel.us or call us on 1-212-540-9121. Post this, share your booking reference number and with that all the details of the lower priced itinerary including the name of the airline, flight, itinerary, date, number of customers and seat type. You are also required to share the URL/ screenshot which enables our travel expert the steps of verification for itinerary. They can locate the lower fare from the information you provide. We also reserve the right to deny the claims if they are not able to verify it, or for you fail to provide us with the complete information. After verification, we will give you the following choices:
Are there any exceptions that apply to PMP?
There are certain fares on which PMP is not applicable. There are:
Exclusions: bulk tickets, vacation packages, military, student, government, tour operators.
Fare errors are also excluded.
